Introduction to Meditation Last Saturday, February 19th

We had a fun-filled Introduction to Meditation for Stress Reduction & Healing this past Saturday.

We learned and practice 3 basic tools:
  1. Grounding & Releasing
  2. Replenishing Life Force Energy
  3. Being in the Center of Our Head
Grounding creates a connection to the Earth and allows you to release foreign energies that have made their way into your energetic space.

Replenishing Life Force Energy  gives you the ability to purposefully bring more of your own energy and information back into your physical body and energetic space; into 'present time' for your use.

Being in the Center of Your Head helps you to be in a more neutral space, allowing you to have a little more distance from the dramas of the outer world.

We all had fun and learned a lot. I look forward to hearing from the participants as they practice the tools that they learned in this introductory class.

I will be doing 2 more Introduction to Meditation Classes. They will be  held on.
