The Full Moon happens on Saturday, March 19th (11:10 am Pacific Daylight Time), at 29 degrees in the sign of Virgo. This is the second, of three Full Moons that is also a SuperMoon that we have experienced this year. The first was on February 18th, and the third one will be on April 17th. A SuperMoon happens when the Moon is closest to the Earth in its orbit ("Perigee") and at the same time either a New Moon or Full Moon. The energy of a SuperMoon intensifies the gravitational pull on the oceans tides, the tectonic plates of the Earth, as well as our emotions.
The Full Moon in Virgo tends to intensify self-criticism. It also supports functional resolutions and healings through a service-oriented approach with attention to details. At the same time, A dynamic T-Square configuration, between the planets Pluto, Saturn, Jupiter and Mercury, brings awareness of hidden information. A willingness to see opposing points-of-view can support balance and peaceful resolution to conflicts. In this T-Square there is an Opposition between the Sun/Uranus Conjuction and the Moon, which will stir up extreme emotions and feelings of instability.
It is good to let go of any attachments to people, places and things that may be keeping you from moving forward. (Such as unimportant details.) Ask yourself: Are you so attached to having things be a certain way that you are not able to see a positive approach that would serve the greater good of all? Do you have expectations that restrict freedom or positive possibilities? Do your relationships prevent you from being yourself and expressing exactly who you are as an individual? Take time to get centered, and ask yourself, what is the best direction for your higher good?
