Wrapping Up January 2011

I just completed teaching a Meditation I class which was a lot of fun. We had 2 participants here in Grand Junction and 2 participants in CA via Skype video. This was my first experience teaching a class this way. I learned a lot and had a lot of fun. All of the participants loved the class. They experienced so many positive changes during the 4 week class that they begged me to teach a Meditation II class which we will be starting in a couple of weeks.

I have also just completed 4 Saturdays of Free Aura Healings that I offered during the month of January. I used to offer the Free Aura Healings on Thursday evenings from about 2004 until 2008, but discontinued them due to my crazy work schedule with my current job.

It was fun to offer them again at least for a short while and to connect with some previous participants as well as meet some new people who had never experienced an energy healing before.

During one of my recent mediations I was inspired to offer an Introduction to Meditation for Relaxation, Stress Reduction, Health & Healing.

I will be offering these classes on the following Saturdays from 9:30 to 10:30 by donation.
